Please be advised- we have a strict 15 minute late grace period for tardiness after which your appointment may be rescheduled at the sole discretion of the technician. All cancellations and No-Shows within 24 hours of appointment time will be charged 100% of the service amount booked for the day. All clients will be required to have a Credit or Debit Card on file to Book, and will be charged a Non-refundable deposit upon booking to hold the time slot. Please only book appointments you intend on showing up for. Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled service will be charged 50% of the entire service total. No exceptions. Last minute cancellations are detrimental small businesses as those time slots are not always able to be filled last minute. Please be mindful. Please plan accordingly.
