Cancellation Policy
• A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. After 15 minutes, your appointment may be rescheduled at the technician’s discretion.
• A valid credit or debit card is required to book all appointments. A non-refundable deposit will be charged at the time of booking to reserve your appointment.
• Cancellations made within 2 days of your appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.
• Cancellations, no-shows, or missed appointments within 1 day of the scheduled appointment time will be charged 100% of the service total.
No exceptions.
Last-minute cancellations and no-shows have a significant impact on small businesses, as appointment times often cannot be filled on short notice. Please book only if you are committed to your appointment.
